Breakfast is served from 9 am to 12 pm.
It includes the finest choices of local and seasonal products: bread, honey and cold meats from the sierra, fruit jams from the Farm, seafood - smoked or preserved through the different processes that the Castro Marim salt provides - homemade cakes, fresh goat cheese, free range eggs with wild asparagus, aromatic herbs or in tomato sauce, always according to the seasons, just like the juices: apricot, orange, watermelon, melon with ginger, grape and fig, fig and lime, pomegranate.
