During the whole year our guests can follow several harvests : Olive and quince between September and October; oranges from November to April, apricots in May, figs and carobs in June till the end of August.
However, over the Spring, Fall and Winter we propose several workshops: -Wild Food - around the book of Mary Manuel Valagão Nature, Food & Leisure, Food - wild food plants and herbs, spices - with chard, asparagus, purslane, pennyroyal, salicornia etc..; -Salt Marsh Bird Watching in Castro Marim, Ria Formosa, Barrocal and Sierra, and photographic tours.
We also continue with the artistic residencies. After the Filipa César - Memograma - Castro Marim a place of exile - BES'10 Award, and Monica Calle - Hell Stindberg [November, Culturgest] ; is preparing a new program, in collaboration with the curator Nuno Faria.
